You may cancel your ScopeGuard subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation.
ScopeGuard generally does not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team.
We want you to be satisfied with our product. If you are not satisfied with ScopeGuard within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, please contact our support team for a full refund. No questions asked.
To request a refund, please email us at support@getscopeguard.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.
